Rebel Wilson first had success as an actress in Australia before she decided it was time to go to the United States. It didn’t take long for her to duplicate the success she found in her native country in her new home. Playing Kristen Wiig’s hilarious roommate Brynn in 2011’s Bridesmaids, Wilson captured the laughs of millions of people around the world.

Her career has only gone up from there with memorable performances in big time productions like Pitch Perfect, Ice Age: Continental Drift, and Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb. Now it’s her turn to shine in Isn’t It Romantic.

The film features Wilson as Natalie, an Australian architect now living in New York City. She is discouraged by the idea of romantic comedies and the fantasy love bit. She doesn’t like people very much, but at the advise of a friend she goes out one evening. She narrowly avoids a mugging before knocking herself out by running into a structure as she flees.

Natalie wakes up to find that her world is now set like a romantic comedy where all of the cliches are everywhere to be seen. She must fight her way out of the traps to find her true love and bring her back to reality. Rebel Wilson stars as Natalie in this film and truly has a way with comedy. Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus are in good hands as the throuple make their way around just in time for Valentine’s Day.
